Welcome to the Moss Point School District’s Business Management web page. Our department is responsible for all business transactions in the district, always complying with the Mississippi code of laws. Within those guidelines, our focus is to see to the needs of the administration, faculty, and staff. Remembering that the purpose of this department is to provide them the support needed to accomplish this District's goals for the children. A public education is provided to any child regardless of ethnicity, religion, or financial means.
This department strives to ensure that educational dollars are spent in the most efficient and effective manner. The Finance department is broken down into four divisions, accounts receivable, accounts payable, activities and payroll. All these departments work together to form a single department that functions as one unit, the Moss Point Finance Department.
